1. Return Eligibility:Contact us at maggotmohters@gmail.com within 7days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Refundable Items:Perishable goods, training, and customized/personalized items are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process:Once your return is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
4. Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
